今天小鱼找我求助说 Apple ID 无法登录 ChatGPT （error: Username not found），结果我自己一试也不行，弹出 email address is not supported. 联想到之前 ChatGPT 根据 ip 封号，第一时间想的是切换ip更换节点，但是在荷兰应该不存在这个问题，问题应该没那么简单。
询问了perplexity和其他 AI，提到最多的就是：

于是重置所有登录流程，在 appleID 中取消了 ChatGPT 的登录授权。在重新登录的时候发现，原来有一个选项：“Share my email ” 和 “hide my email”，一时顿悟。原因大概率是因为 apple 更新了自己的隐私政策，ChatGPT检测不到 email address 或者发现异常，直接退出账号，但是重新登录又无法触发这个 “Share my email ” 和 “hide my email”的选项 （而且在其他浏览器上似乎都无法做到，Safari 针对 appleid 的密码管理更完备），只有停止 ChatGPT 的登录授权，重新在 Safari 中登录，选择“share my email”，问题解决。
具体步骤为：
- 登录 Apple ID https://account.apple.com/account/manage
- 打开 “Sign in with Apple”
- 点击: “stop using Sign-in with Apple”
- 在 Safari 浏览器中打开 https://chatgpt.com
- 点击 Continue with Apple
- 点击 “ Share with Apple “ (very important!!!)
